Tunesday Artist- Tasha Cobbs

It’s TUNESday

Every once in a while, on a Tuesday, I will highlight a singer or songwriter that has made an impact in the world of music and my life. None of the artists I chose are perfect people because that would have limited my choices down to one, and although that one perfect person gave His life for me, there are no records of Him singing.

Hopefully, you will find a pearl to treasure on TuNesdays. Enjoy!

The peace that you need is in the Lord’s presence.

Tasha Cobbs

Tasha Cobbs was born on July 7, 1981 – Happy birthday! She grew up singing in her father’s church, Bishop Fritz Cobbs (deceased) and Lady Bertha Cobbs, New Life Ministries, in Jesup, Georgia.

Her solo music career began in 2010 with her self-released album Smile and in 2012 she released her album Grace. From that EP, Break Every Chain and For Your Glory reached #1 on the Hot Gospel Music Charts.
